This is the 5th attempt at a fruit and nut bar for before the gym. Keeps getting better.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 cups cashews and pistachios
- 1 cup sesame and flax
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1 cup dried strawberries
- 1 cup of diced apricots
- 1/2 cup dried ginger
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine ingredients, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Press combined ingredients on to the pan in a 3/4 inch layer. bake for 40 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
